Contacting Group Leaders
Parents are welcome to contact any of the group leaders. Their phone numbers are in the church directory. Messages can also be left for them at the church office (518-584-6091) or with Eleanor Stanton.
Our Middle School Youth Group Leaders
Al Green is a sixth grade teacher at Shenendehowa School District. Al incorporates cooperative games into his classroom, runs summer programs for youth with his wife, Heather, and is a member of the church family together with their three children, Laurel, Nick and Lydia.
Joe Germano is a long-time member of the church together with his wife, Beth, and their two daughters, Isabelle and Olivia. Joe is a therapist with Karner Psychological Associates and an avid Mets fan.
Eleanor Stanton is the parish associate of the PNEC church. She is the coordinator of the church's youth program and travels with the groups on their trips.
Our Sr. High Youth Group Leaders
Laurie Cawley has been a leader of the Sr High youth group for several years, traveling with the group on work camps and to Europe. Laurie is a professional dancer and choreographer who has taught modern dance to 4-5th graders in the Detroit public school system. Kent also believes that Laurie invented the Internet. Laurie is too humble to take credit for this.
Kristen Sodher is a former youth group member and so knows all the secrets of the Nolan House! She is also a long-time youth leader and the director of education at Sylvan Learning Center in Wilton.
Eleanor and Kent Stanton are long-time members of the church family. They got interested in volunteering as youth leaders after seeing the benefit of the group in their children's lives. Since then, they have also felt the benefit of being youth leaders in their own lives. Kent is a computer programmer at Empire State College and has been a leader on three of the last seven Europe trips.

Kent and Eleanor get LOTS of respect on youth trips!
