Welcome to the online home of the youth program of the Presbyterian-New England Congregational Church of Saratoga Springs, NY. The church has two youth groups: middle school and high school that meet in the Nolan House. This web site contains information about our philosophy, leaders, and upcoming activities, events and trips.

We try to keep this website current and up-to-date. That also means that the information on the pages gets moved around, so our pages may not always look completely finished.
Middle School Youth Group
Our middle school group contains students in grades 6-8 from several area schools. We meet on Sunday mornings from 9:30 to 10:30am. We also get together on other days for service projects, trips, or for a day of fun - like this hike to Windham High Peak in the Catskill Mountains.
Sr. High Youth Group
"Step Up" Youth Group
We offer our 8th graders a chance to learn more about the church and our faith traditions in our "Step Up" program. This group is lead by our pastor, Jay Ekman, and his wife, Judy. At the end of the six week program, the group is given the option to join the church through confirmation.
Youth Group Meetings
Our youth groups meet in the Nolan House on the church property at 24 Circular Street, Saratoga Springs, NY. Our Middle School group meets from 9:30 to 10:30am on Sunday mornings. Our Sr. High group meets from 6:45 to 8:00pm on Sunday night. You do not have to be a member of the church to be a member of our youth group. Everyone is welcome!

Sr. High Youth Group
Our high school group, the Sr. Highs, includes students in grades 9-12 from more than six area schools. We meet 6:45 to 8:00 pm on Sunday night.
The Sr. Highs travel twice a year for work camps: a two-day work camp in the fall and a week-long work camp during spring break. We usually partner with non-profits like Rebuilding Together or Heifer International to find service opportunities. Every four to five years, the Sr. High group travels to Europe.
